My goal as the owner of a real estate brokerage is to make certain that no detail is overlooked, that you receive objective advice (even if it’s not what you want to hear) that your listing is optimized for the internet, and that you obtain the best pricing possible with expert service and advice. Too often, people looking to sell their property have no idea what, if anything, their agent is doing for them.
I has a Bachelors of Science degree in Finance and Real Estate from Colorado State University as well as post graduate financial education in both finance and real estate. A native of Chicago, he has been in Colorado since 1986. He currently resides in Thornton with his wife and son and has a daughter at CU Boulder.
In addition to running a real estate brokerage, I have developed a number of properties in the Denver metro area from the ground up including flex office, business incubator space, and industrial. With a strong finance background, developer experience, and as a real estate broker, we are able to offer a comprehensive look at properties for acquisition and development from more than just a real estate broker perspective.
Some of my previous business experience includes the startup of a pure play internet company in 1997 as a health insurance lead generation business that took advantage of search engine optimization to achieve top rankings on most of the major search engines under various health insurance related terms. In addition, I have written multiple articles regarding health insurance online, short sales, bank debt issues, and finance and real estate that have been nationally publicized.
I was also the founding partner of a primarily internet based aftermarket motorcycle parts business in 2000. Again using search engine optimization techniques, the business grew from $0 in May 2000 to $6 million per year in annual sales by the end of 2004.
Unlike some brokers who may 'say' they understand and have experience with internet marketing, he have been doing it for over 15 yrs with proven success.

I have spent the last 10 years in commercial real estate. I have extensive experience in real estate brokerage and development. By participating in numerous developments, I have gained extensive knowledge and insight to all aspects of the development process ranging from rezoning and site planning and budgeting to dealing with cities, city council, neighbors, contractors, architects and engineers.
Before my real estate days, I co-founded an Internet marketing firm in 2008 that made the Inc 5000 list in 2012 as one of the fastest growing companies in the country and has over 15 years experience in the internet marketing arenas. I graduated from Emory University with a B.A. in Economics in 2002.
On a personal note:
I am an avid snowboarder, surfer, hiker, mountain biker and traveler. I'm also a recent father and husband so my adrenaline seeking adventures have been somewhat tamed as of late.
